Ahhh....the best laid plans.
Hubby was out of town this weekend, and I had an entire weekend of fiber/knitting/reading all planned out!! Not so fast........
Ended up getting sick Friday night and didn't start feeling semi-human until last night!!! BUMMER!!!!!!!

Ophelia is resting comfortably in the basket, plans are to pick her up tonight and hopefully make some progress.
We have been bird watching lately.......the babies are just about to leave the nest!! We have enjoyed watching them and will miss them when they fly away, which I truly thought would have been this weekend, judging by the overcrowding in the nest!! LOL!! Here are a couple of pictures....the quality isn't too good because the only way to get a picture is through the screened porch, so they are a bit fuzzy.

PS - I got so caught up in admiring the socks, I forgot to talk about the baby birds. I usually have some in my yard but none so far, but I did see a big, fat robin this morning - first one this Spring.

Beautiful socks! I hope you're feeling better - I work up feeling sick Thurs. and by Friday morning had a full-on sinus infection. Yay Z-packs!
