Hmmmm........when knitting a pair of socks, and one sock is completed.....is this considered a FO or still a WIP?????? Oh well......After seeing Wendy's BEAUTIFUL Tidal Wave socks at Knit Night it hit me that I had this same sock pattern in my "socks to knit" file!! Inspired by her beautiful socks I went home and dug out my pattern. This is such an easy pattern to knit!!
Knit with Ruby Sapphire yarn.
I finished this sock Sunday and will start the mate as soon as I finish............................

I LUV knitting this pattern!!! I can see why so many, MANY people have knit this sock and continue to do so!!!!
AND.............another secret knitting project is on the needles...although it will take awhile to complete...I am attempting to come up with my own design!!!
I hope to cast on for a secret baby knit project in the next week or so ..... for a dear, dear friend that has THE most precious little man at home with her who will become a big brother this October!!!!!

I've had several single socks lately that are most definitely FO's. lol Either the pattern didn't do it for me or the colors pooled in ways I didn't like. Either way, the second sock isn't going to be knit. I found something decorative to do with them, so I'm good with it. :-)
Since I'm being lazy this morning (hush, woman), will you direct me to the place to get the Tidal Wave pattern? ;-)

I love the socks!!! What size of the Jaywalkers are you making? I had to go to the larger size. Couldn't fit them over my ankle.

Yes. Where have y'all beem? How long ago did I knit the Tidal Wave socks? LOL Anyway, love the socks. Finishing anything is an accomplishment.
