Eye Candy Friday!

Last Friday, I met Ginger at Bibby's house for the most WONDERFUL lunch!! Not only did we enjoy a FABULOUS home cooked meal but Ginger and I left with the most BEAUTIFUL Violet!!
Bibby's home is absolutely GORGEOUS, filled to the brim with the BEST antiques and collectibles. Check out Ginger's June 1st post to see a display of Bibby's collection of antique chicken theme egg cups!!

Also up for your Eye Candy Friday enjoyment:

We are experiencing a level three drought here, the trees are showing signs of distress as well...which is very sad to me because most of the trees around me are the mega old trees and I hate the thought of losing any of them.

But...the gardenia's are in FULL bloom!!!! The smell is INCREDIBLE!!!

It is overcast today and hope to get a bit of rain today!!!

Last but not least:

BLUE MOON EYE CANDY!!! YUMMY!!!
L to R: Thistle, Lucy In The Sky, Watermelon Tourmaline, Jade.

Gardenias, that's what I need ... Gardenias. Hope you get some rain soon.

Did you get hit by the rain earlier today? I was so glad it started raining. Hopefully your trees will perk up.

I am so jealous of your sock yarn! I love all the colors.

I can smell your gardenias from here...oh wait...those are mine. :D We've been getting thunderstorms once a day for about a week now, shame that they aren't making it up there to you.

Oh to be able to have gardenias in the yard! What a treat, I can't manage to get my houseplant versions to produce more than one bloom at a time.

I definitely got the right Hurricane Sock Pal to indulge my Blue Moon curiousity! I'm already wondering what my second skein will be, but I don't think I'll ever catch up with you in terms of Socks that Rock love.

I haven't seen gardenias in ages. Beautiful pictures. It has been very dry here too, although we did get some rain on Friday.
